Four Independent
Inspections

ProFabrica retains the services of SGS — the world leader in quality control — to test all yarn and fabric. Laboratory testing covers intrinsic product safety, performance and regulatory compliance.

I
Mill Inspection
Carried out at the mill prior to despatch to our warehouse — ensuring defects are identified at source before fabric enters the supply chain.
II
Warehouse Receipt
Each roll of fabric is transferred and inspected as it passes over an illuminated inspection table upon arrival at the warehouse.
III
Pre-Cut Measurement
A third inspection is carried out when measuring the fabric prior to cutting — checking for colour consistency, warp, weft and cloth weight.
IV
Pre-Despatch
Final inspection prior to packing and despatch by courier to our clients — ensuring every roll that leaves us is flawless.
Quality Accreditation
SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA
World leader in inspection, testing, certification and verification — retained by ProFabrica to independently test all yarn and fabric against the highest international standards.
